    The problem

Five places to look. None of them agree.

The notebook at the counter. The Excel file at home. A POS that knows nothing about stock. An accountant who reconciles it all at month-end. And a loan officer asking for records you don't have.

    Questions

    What owners ask us first.

Something else on your mind? Book a demo and ask us with your own numbers in front of you.

No. You start with what you already know: your products, your opening stock, your staff and your branches. From the first sale, AhwiiX keeps the records the notebook used to keep, and posts them to the books for you.

Choosing your business type sets up the modules, screens and a ready chart of accounts straight away. Most of the remaining time goes into adding your products, staff and branches.

Four workspaces today: retail and distribution, salons and beauty, event rental and decoration, and farmer cooperatives. All of them share the same core of accounting, inventory, sales, payroll and access control.

Branches share one product catalog and keep their own stock and activity. Head office sees each branch separately, or everything together with an explicit "All branches" toggle.

Yes. MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money are built-in payment methods alongside cash. Payments and payouts are idempotent, so a retry on a bad connection never charges or pays twice.

Your staff see only what their role allows, down to individual actions, and every action is recorded in the audit log. Branch data is kept separate and sensitive fields are encrypted. A bank sees nothing unless you grant it access: you choose the bank, what it can see (a performance score and report, never individual transactions) and for how long. You can revoke access at any time and it ends immediately.

Our team sets you up: your products, opening stock, staff roles and branches. After go-live, the same people stay a call or message away whenever something needs a hand, so you are never left working it out alone.

Yes, within the core. Set roles and permissions per action, build your own reports, save expense templates for recurring costs, define pay structures and extend the chart of accounts.

See your business on one screen.

Tell us what you run. We'll show you a workspace set up for your kind of business, and walk through a day of it with you.
